Information you choose to share
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is processed by Formspree, our form-delivery provider, and delivered to Fluent Accounting LLC. We use it to review and respond to your inquiry.

- The service you are interested in
- Information you include in your message
Sensitive information
Do not send Social Security numbers, bank or payment details, tax documents, passwords, or other confidential financial information through the website contact form or ordinary email. Fluent Accounting LLC will provide an appropriate secure method when sensitive documents are needed.
Website data
The website host may process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and access logs, to deliver and protect the site. Fluent Accounting LLC does not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Retention and sharing
Form submissions and related email may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, meet professional obligations, and comply with law. Information may be processed by service providers such as Formspree and our email provider, or shared when legally required; it is not sold for marketing purposes.
